Shipping
Our team aims to dispatch all orders as quickly as possible. Each piece is made just for you. Please allow up to 14 business days for your order to be crafted and shipped. Good things take time and we think it’s worth the wait.
Shipping Rates & Delivery Times
Estonia – Standard Shipping (2–4 business days) €3.99
Baltics (Latvia, Lithuania) – Standard Shipping (3–5 business days) €6.99
Europe – Standard Shipping (3–8 business days) €7.99
International – €50 flat rate (delivery usually within 1–2 weeks)
Orders within Estonia are delivered via SmartPost and Omniva parcel machines. In rare cases, delivery times may be slightly longer due to circumstances beyond our control.
Returns (Estonia & Europe)
If an item doesn’t suit you, it can be returned within 14 days by contacting us via email.
Return shipping costs are covered by us.
If you received your parcel from a DPD or Omniva machine with a screen, use the same door code for the return. If you’ve lost your code, you can generate a new one using the tracking number provided on your shipping label or confirmation email.
If you received your parcel from a SmartPost machine with a keypad, you’ll need to generate a new return code using your tracking number.
Returned parcels usually reach us in about one week.
Return conditions:
Items must be unworn, clean, with tags attached, and in the original packaging.
All additional elements included with the order must also be returned.
Returns that do not meet these requirements will not be refunded.
Returns Outside Estonia
- Europe – Returns within 14 days (free return shipping).
International – Returns within 14 days (free return shipping).
The same return conditions apply: items must be unworn, with tags, clean, and in their original packaging.
